Just this day had an IT aha moment - a reiteration of the power of a strong IT infrastructure. with Active Directory + Global Address List + Outlook + Lync + Sharepoint an Enterprise's productivity can soar. Just by letting people communicate truly seamlessly. Ofcourse, I am using Microsoft brand names only because that is what we are using. The concept equally applicable with Google Apps or any other solution that offers the full range of collaboration. We have not yet added voice+video to it. That will complete the "communication" experience !
